I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Platform / Internet Service - IT platform run by inMad Marek Madej, enabling Users equipped with an appropriate device to conclude sales agreements and agreements for the provision of services.

Credit - virtual thing, designed and created for the system, offered by inMad Marek Madej through the Platform, as part of providing services.

User - physical person, legal person, organizational unit without legal personality, which uses the Platform

II. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1 The User may make use of the Platform on condition that the User's information and communication system meets the following minimum technical requirements: a modern internet browser and access to the internet. It is required that the browser supports JS and cookies. The browser should have the latest updates at the time of use of the Platform.

III. METHOD OF FULFILLING ORDERS

3.1 inMad Marek Madej offers Credits for sale to Users after the User makes an order.

3.2. Credits are added to your account after the payment of your order or after using a special code.

3.3 The User is obliged to provide complete and accurate information when placing an order and making payments.

3.4 In cases where the Administrator considers the customer's data to be incorrect, he may attempt to cancel the order.

3.5 Order processing, i.e. adding Credits to Your account is usually immediate after the payment is credited.

3.6 The User may use the Platform only in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Polish law.

3.7 Placing an order is available 24 hours a day.

3.8. A single check of the position of a given phrase costs 1 Credit. The Credit is charged for the "query" automatically. If the query is unsuccessful, no Credit is returned.

3.9 The frequency and duration of queries are determined by the administrator. The requests are performed automatically.

IV . Disclaimers and limitation of liability

4.1 The Platform services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or warranty of any kind.

4. 2 To the extent permitted by law, inMad shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Platform.

4.3 inMad does not warrant that the functionality of the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the servers making the Platform available are free of viruses or other harmful or destructive elements.

V. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

5.1 The User may submit complaints via the email address: biuro@inmad.pl.

5.2 The complaint must include a description of the complaint and the document confirming the purchase.

VI. Returns policy

6.1 The Platform only sells Credits which are virtual and therefore non-refundable.

VII. Personal data and Cookies

7.1 The Platform is the administrator of the User's personal data.

7.2 Details related to the processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1 In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, the Civil Code, the Act on Copyright and Related Rights shall apply.

8.2 The contract between the User and the Administrator shall be governed by the Polish law. Any disputes related to the execution of the agreement will be settled by the relevant Polish common courts. A consumer has the possibility to use the out-of-court settlement of complaints and claims before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court in Katowice, ul. Brata Alberta 4, 40-951 Katowice. 8.3 The Platform reserves the right to change the Regulations. Orders placed before the date of the changes to the Regulations will be processed according to the existing rules.

8.4 The User may delete their account with the Platform by sending a request via email or using the special form.
